Role Summary: As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of the kitchen — helping with prep, supporting the chefs on station, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. It’s a great role to learn cooking skills in a busy, fun street food environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with ingredient prep (chopping, portioning, marinating)., • Support chefs on station during service., • Keep kitchen areas clean, safe, and stocked., • Follow hygiene and safety procedures., • Some kitchen experience is helpful but not essential., • Willingness to learn and grow in a kitchen environment., • Good teamwork and communication., • Energy, positivity, and reliability., • Passion for food and an eagerness to learn Thai street food cooking.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join our Harrods branch location based in Central London to assist with the Reception of our store in a helpful, professional and efficient manner in line with the company’s values, mission and ethos. ADAM Grooming Atelier is an upscale male grooming brand which was founded in the UK in 2015. Over the last few years the brand has seen dramatic growth and now has 13 stores across some of London’s most prestigious areas including but not limited to Mayfair, London’s Shard and Canary Wharf as well as a store in the US in NYC. Most recently added to the portfolio is a concession within London’s famous Harrods department store. Who are we looking for : The ideal candidate must display a strong sense of initiative and independence; have strong communication skills, both written and spoken; must possess good organisational skills and able to work in a team-based environment that is fast-paced and challenging. Must be accurate and pay attention to details. Have good time management skills with the ability to prioritise and triage obligations. Key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to: · First point of contact for our customers at the store · Support day-to-day operation of the stores. · Greet customers, offer them refreshments. · Take bookings and payments. · Effectively manage stock levels and alert the Store Manager to any potential non-recoverable stock write off costs. You must have the following skills: · Excellent communicator at all times. · Well organised, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure. · Friendly, approachable and flexible - a team player. · Able to work independently seeking guidance where appropriate. · Proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates "can do" attitude. · Smart appearance and confident. · Previous Receptionist experience desirable. Role Summary: As a Station Chef, you’ll be responsible for running your own section — whether wok, grill, or prep — and making sure dishes are consistent, fresh, and full of flavour. You’ll support the Head of Kitchen, train junior staff, and keep service flowing smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Run your own station during service., • Prepare ingredients and dishes to Jude’s Thai recipes., • Work closely with the Head of Kitchen to support service., • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety., • Help train and guide Station Assistants. What We’re Looking For: • Experience as a CDP or line cook., • Good knowledge of wok/grill cooking or willingness to learn., • Ability to work fast and maintain consistency., • A team player who supports colleagues across stations., • Interest in Thai cuisine and street food.
