The candidate will work Tuesday to Saturday, with starting time being 3:00 PM and last order midnight Tuesday to Thursday, and at 1:00 AM Friday and Saturday. The CDP will be a very well organised person with a good time management; passionate, capable to multitask and prioritise and very professional. Reliability and maturity are two of the most important traits for this position. Headed by the Head Chef who is prepared to train and develop his team, the CDP will have bags of enthusiasm, drive and ambition. The Role As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your section of the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes are delivered during service.
