Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Required ASAP - HarrowTerm Time Only, Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8:15am - 4:15pm, Monday to Friday We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our friendly, family-run Nursery in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing, child-centred environment. Key Requirements for this Nursery Practitioner Level 3 role: Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.We are only considering candidates with proven qualifications and experience in nursery settings. About this Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Role As an Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you will be responsible for: * Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive * Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework * Observing, assessing, and recording each child's development and progress * Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families * Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education * Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times What We're Looking For in an Nursery Practitioner Level 3: * CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years/Childcare qualification - essential * Proven nursery or early years experience * Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development * Passion for supporting learning through play-based activities * Positive, proactive, and flexible team player * Excellent communication and organisational skills If you are a fully qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 3 who is ready to bring creativity, energy, and care to our Nursery, we would love to hear from you.
