We have a great selection of beers, some interesting cocktails and a fantastic menu and we need experienced waiting and bar staff to join our awesome team. Variable hours with evenings and weekends. Bartender We are looking for a passionate Bartender who is ambitious, reliable, and dedicated with a happy demeanour. You’ll ideally have experience as a Bartender with a background in busy restaurants and cocktail bars. Along with your great service skills and creating remarkable drinks you’ll be consistent, positive, and willing to learn. We are looking for a waiter/waitress that can also do bar shifts that are wanting part time or full time and who is committed to the job at hand. Part time for us is 3-4shifts/15-20 hours / Full time 7 shifts 40 hours but we can be quite flexible! Salary is £16 per hour split between service charge and base salary. A lot of our customers are very loyal and regulars and we are really looking for someone charismatic who serves with a smile. We are not an establishment that micro-manages staff, but are looking for members with enough experience who can run their own section. Responsibilities include: taking orders, recommending wine, serving food, ensuring customer satisfaction at all time, serving with a smile, working well as a team, working behind the bar and helping others in their sections when needed, setting up/shutting down & cleaning duties when required.
