Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Sports Coach to inspire and motivate individuals of all ages to achieve their athletic potential. As a Sports Coach, you will design engaging training sessions, foster a positive team environment, and promote healthy lifestyles through sports. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help participants develop skills, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of active living. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on our community’s health and well-being. The post has roles for both part-time and full-time coaches. Duties • Plan and deliver dynamic sports training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups, • Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies for various sports in an engaging manner, • Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their performance and confidence, • Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among all participants, • Monitor safety during activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines, • Organize friendly competitions and events to encourage participation and camaraderie, • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and participant achievements Requirements • Proven experience in sports coaching or related athletic instruction, • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate others, • Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting healthy lifestyles, • Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to safety protocols, • Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus, • Reliable, energetic, and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all participants Join us as a Sports Coach and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to empowering individuals through sport!
