Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Sports Coach to inspire and motivate individuals of all ages to achieve their athletic potential. As a Sports Coach, you will design engaging training sessions, foster a positive team environment, and promote healthy lifestyles through sports. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on our community’s health and well-being. The post has roles for both part-time and full-time coaches. Duties • Plan and deliver dynamic sports training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups, • Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies for various sports in an engaging manner, • Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their performance and confidence, • Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among all participants, • Monitor safety during activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines, • Organize friendly competitions and events to encourage participation and camaraderie, • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and participant achievements Requirements • Proven experience in sports coaching or related athletic instruction, • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate others, • Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting healthy lifestyles, • Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to safety protocols, • Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus, • Reliable, energetic, and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all participants Join us as a Sports Coach and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to empowering individuals through sport!
