Client Associate (Graduate Recruitment Consultant) | Central London, UK | Full-time, Permanent HLX Life Sciences is a global life sciences recruitment company, founded in January 2024 with a mission to address the global shortage of skilled talent in the sector. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for ambitious, driven graduates to join our growing Central London team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants on a full-time, permanent basis (5 days on-site). No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for individuals with the right mindset, ambition and willingness to learn. You'll be trained to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, learning everything from business development and building relationships with senior industry leaders to identifying and placing highly skilled professionals. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, including £1M+ annual billers, gaining hands-on mentorship, structured training and exposure to what it takes to build a successful recruitment desk.
