Ice Cream Kiosk Assistant – Seasonal Position (Rochester) We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our ice cream kiosk team for the 2026 season in Rochester. Working Period: April to September Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday Requirements: • Minimum Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (essential), • Able to commit to the full season, • Mature, responsible, and able to work independently, • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude, • Enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, • Able to work at a fast pace during busy periods, • Shows initiative during quieter times, • Confident with mental arithmetic and handling transactions Duties Include: • Serving customers efficiently and politely, • Preparing and serving ice cream and related products, • Handling cash and card payments accurately, • Cleaning and sanitising the kiosk and equipment, • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment at all times This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with the public, and understands the importance of food safety and cleanliness.
