Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, reliable and hardworking Chef to deliver high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a consistently excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, cook and present dishes to company specifications., • Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation., • Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations., • Manage stock effectively, including ordering, rotation and minimising waste., • Monitor portion control to maximise GP while maintaining quality., • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully compliant at all times., • Complete all daily, weekly and monthly food safety documentation., • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality., • Support the development of seasonal menus and specials where required., • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained and reported if faulty., • Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service., • Train and support junior kitchen team members where appropriate., • Follow all company policies, health & safety procedures and allergen legislation.
