We’re expanding fast and looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise division and drive new business at a strategic level. The Role This is a senior role within our sales leadership team. You’ll manage Enterprise Business Development Managers, work closely with our Commercial Director, and be responsible for delivering on both your own personal sales target and the overall team target. The role is primarily field-based, meeting clients across the UK and attending key industry events. When not on the road, we prefer candidates who are within commuting distance of our Newcastle office. You’ll be expected to lead from the front, shaping sales strategy, building relationships with enterprise-level clients, and delivering tailored eCommerce solutions that make a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities • Drive New Business: Manage the full sales cycle from data sourcing through to closing deals., • Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach., • Networking: Meet clients face-to-face and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and open new opportunities., • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate our eCommerce solutions (including Google Shopping expertise), showing how our platform solves client challenges., • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit ambitious revenue goals., • Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities., • Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and forecasts, with regular updates to the leadership team., • Team Leadership: Run team meetings, coach and develop team members, review performance, and provide ongoing support. What We’re Looking For • Proven success in enterprise-level sales, consistently hitting or exceeding targets., • Experience working with clients in the retail or eCommerce sector., • Management experience in an enterprise sales role., • Background in a digital marketing agency environment., • Strong existing relationships with retailers (a big advantage)., • Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills. This role combines day-to-day office and financial management with a real sense of purpose — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so life-changing frontline work can happen. About the Role This is more than just admin and finance — it's about creating a safe, respectful and inclusive space where both clients and staff feel supported. You’ll take the lead on core operations: office administration, finance coordination, and supporting HR and facilities. Your role will be pivotal to ensuring that the organisation stays efficient, professional, and welcoming at every level. We’re not expecting you to know everything on day one — we’ll offer training for areas like HR and IT systems. What matters most is your ability to stay organised, take initiative, and work with empathy and discretion.
