With a stellar local reputation and over 230 5-star reviews, Nails by Catier is poised for its next stage of growth, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help lead the charge. Job Overview: We’re seeking a proactive and personable Business Development Executive to expand our client base, forge strategic partnerships, and support the salon’s continued growth. You will work closely with the founder to identify new opportunities, enhance client engagement, and elevate the Nails by Catier brand both online and in the local community. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Retention: • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients through social media, local outreach, and referrals., • Build and manage relationships with existing clients to boost retention and rebooking rates., • Conduct follow-ups, gather feedback, and identify areas for service improvement. Marketing & Branding: • Collaborate with the founder to plan and implement promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs., • Manage and grow the salon’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Booksy, Facebook, and Google., • Assist in creating content (photos/videos/client testimonials) that reflect the salon’s artistic and high-quality brand. Partnership Development: • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and event organisers., • Explore opportunities for brand collaborations, pop-ups, or beauty events in the community. Market & Trend Analysis: • Stay informed about current beauty and nail trends to support innovative service offerings., • Provide insights on competitors and new services that could be integrated into the salon. Qualifications/Experience: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent a warm, respectful brand tone., • Experience in sales, business development, or client relations — ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors., • Social media savvy with basic content creation and campaign planning skills., • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a boutique business environment., • A genuine interest in beauty, fashion, and/or nail artistry is a plus. Merchant Partners Group Ltd. based in Bournemouth. Uncapped earnings. We are looking for ambitious and hungry freelancers to join our foreign currency exchange team. Foreign currency brokers consistently appear in the list of the UK’s highest paying jobs. Full training to be given. You will start off cold calling businesses and individuals across the UK. You will receive a great commission for each deal a new client you brought on does. You will be targeting companies that do at least one foreign currency deal every month. There is an abundance of these type of companies. Eventually you will move from a junior to a dealer/account manager role and start booking deals in for more commission. Typical earnings after year 1 are 30-50k. Year 5 100-200k. This job is fully remote in future. However, we want our team to work close together to begin. Ideally 9-5 but open to flexibility.
