We’re now looking for a Packing Assistant to join our Fulfilment team and play a hands-on role in keeping our fulfilment, shipping and office operations running seamlessly. About the role As our Fulfilment & Events Packing Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly — from packing customer orders and organising stock to preparing equipment and products for events. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, practical and takes pride in keeping things clean, tidy and well organised. You’ll enjoy working with products, packing boxes and suitcases efficiently, making sure everything has its place, and ensuring that orders and event equipment are prepared accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with our Fulfilment Manager and collaborate with our Events team. This is a varied, hands-on role in a fast-moving business where attention to detail, reliability and a proactive attitude really matter. If you enjoy creating order, keeping spaces organised and making sure everything is ready when it’s needed, we’d love to hear from you. Order Fulfilment & Packing • Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently., • Ensure orders are packed neatly, securely and to a high standard., • Organise products, packaging materials and packing stations to keep workflows efficient., • Use systems such as GoFlow and courier platforms to process orders and manage shipments. Events Preparation & Logistics • Pick, pack and prepare products, promotional materials and equipment for events., • Organise stock and equipment efficiently when packing into boxes, bags, cases and suitcases, making sure everything fits securely and nothing is forgotten., • Follow event checklists to ensure all required items are prepared and ready on time., • Clean, check and maintain event equipment, displays and reusable materials before and after events., • Unpack, sort, clean and return equipment and stock to their designated locations after events., • Maintain an organised events inventory and track stock used at different events., • Work closely with the Events team to support event preparation and logistics., • Keep the events room and event storage areas clean, tidy and well organised. Warehouse & Office Organisation • Take ownership of keeping storage spaces and event rooms organised., • Ensure every item has a designated place and can be easily located when needed., • Monitor supplies and ensure packing materials, tools and equipment are available when needed., • Identify opportunities to improve storage, organisation and day-to-day workflows. We’d love to hear from you if you… • Are highly organised, reliable and have a strong eye for detail., • Enjoy hands-on work such as packing, sorting, organising and preparing stock, keeping spaces clean, tidy and well maintained., • Understand the importance of checklists and making sure nothing gets missed., • Are comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes and stock., • Familiar with time management, • Are proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team., • Are comfortable using computer systems and willing to learn new tools., • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in fulfilment, warehouse operations, stock management, packing or event logistics would be beneficial, but a great attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn are just as important.
