About us Join our exciting new venture in Chelsea - a unique and intimate 8-seater Sushi Bar. We're dedicated to offering an authentic sushi experience, complemented by a selection of fine sake and whiskey. We Are Looking For We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sushi and Japanese culture to join our front of house team. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end dining settings and an appreciation for the intricacies of sushi and Japanese beverages. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Direct and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service. Foster a collaborative environment and provide training and development opportunities. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Operational Management: Responsible for scheduling, inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Financial Management: Manage the budget, control costs, and drive revenue and profitability.
