We Are Looking For
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sushi and Japanese culture to join our front of house team. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end dining settings and an appreciation for the intricacies of sushi and Japanese beverages.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Direct and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service. Foster a collaborative environment and provide training and development opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Management: Responsible for scheduling, inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Management: Manage the budget, control costs, and drive revenue and profitability.
Quality Control: Uphold the quality and standards of our food and service, including regular menu reviews and adjustments in collaboration with the chef.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Take orders and serve drinks to customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation


Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests
  • Basic math skills for calculating bills
  • Upselling skills to promote specials, cocktails, or premium drinks
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
  • Culinary knowledge to recommend food pairings or suggest menu items
  • Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail


Requirements:
  • Japanese Language Speaking preferrable


-Knowledge of sushi, sake, and whiskey is highly valued.
-Experience in a high-end dining environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
