If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, growing sales and getting 1% better every day, you’ll fit right in WHAT’S IN FOR YOU • Salary between 45k to 50k + up to 20% profit share bonus, • The opportunity to work closely alongside SushiDog's Founders, • Free Gym membership, • Healthcare Support, • Extra holidays on top of the usual 28 days (Based on length of service), • Extra holiday day on your birthday, • Paid Sabbatical month after 5 years of service, • Social company events, • Stint - pay (withdraw up to half your salary at any point during the month), • Free Meal when on shift and up to 70% discount when not on shift, • Career progression JOB RESPONSABILITIES • Build and manage direct relationships with corporate catering clients, consumer clients, and strategic partners, • Own catering and delivery partnerships across Storekit, JEFB, Feedr, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo, • Act as the main point of contact for marketing and sales with all aggregator platforms, • Plan, execute, and optimise promotional and marketing campaigns across catering and delivery channels, • Manage and maintain online menus, ensuring pricing, imagery, product names, and ingredients are always accurate, • Analyse performance data to maximise revenue, visibility, and repeat orders, • Provide clear reporting on historical performance and future revenue projections, • Share revenue-led insights with operations and marketing teams to drive operational and commercial improvements YOUR TALENTS • Strong communication and relationship building skills, • Confident in a sales type role, • Approachable, understanding and patient, • Great time-keeping and very good organizational skills, • Positive “CAN DO” attitude who lives the values, • Capable of prioritising task, • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across teams REQUIREMENT • 1+ years’ experience in partnership and/or commercial role, • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food delivery, or aggregator/marketplace environments, • Proven success in business development, sales or partnerships, • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with confidence working with data and performance metrics, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities
