We are looking to recruit an Experienced Part time Accounts assistant Role at a Small Family business in the Motor Industry. Motor Industry experience would be an advantage
Duties include:
· Weekly Banking- cash handling, reconciling to invoice reports and daily till total
· Chasing Debtors/ dealing with invoice queries
· Processing payments
· Liaising with Salesmen to ensure vehicle stocks are correct and completing and checking vehicle invoices
· Running and checking parts stock reports and internal invoices
· Month end reporting- including reconciliations, stock reconciliations
· Advance excel skills are crucial- cutting pasting data, inputting formula’s and formatting
· General admin- filing, post, stationery
