Given our work with suppliers in China, fluency in Mandarin is essential, as invoices and communications are often in Mandarin without English translations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Review, translate, and process invoices from Chinese factories; handle communications and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create financial reports, analyze data, and support business planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Work closely with the Director and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or relevant certification preferred). Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role, preferably in wholesale or fashion sectors. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong translation skills for business and financial documents. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily accounting operations and accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and reconciliations. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. 2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. 3. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and management accounts. 4. Act as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth invoicing, collections, and relationship management. 5. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement internal controls to minimize risks. 6.
