Skills and requirements: • Extensive experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably within a pub or similar environment., • Proven leadership and people management skills., • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting., • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations., • Exceptional culinary skills and creativity., • Food Health and safety certifications.
