We're looking for a new Head Chef to join our OG site in Brixton! Earlier this year we became the National Burger Awards Winner 🏆! We actually came 3rd in 2024 too! About the Role - Team management - Hiring, training, writing rotas (to a budget), leading a shift from the front - Stock Management - Ordering, Stock rotation, Stock counts, minimising wastage and maintaining quality - Due Diligence - keeping the highest hygiene standards, maintaining cleaning and cooking records, avoiding cross contamination and overall awareness of food safety and health & safety. - Role Model - Leading by example, taking huge pride in everything you do and taking the time to get the best out of your team.
