Duties and Responsibilities: - Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant. - Coordinates daily tasks with the Chef de Partie. - Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation. - Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. - Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment. - Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section. The awesome 19/20 bar is looking for a chef to join our team. The vibe is fun and busy. Our concept is cocktails and games, in a funky and glamorous bar. We serve American style food. Looking for someone who can work independently, experienced on the grill and with good hygiene knowledge. Evenings shifts, 5pm till 10pm Wednesday to Saturday, 20h/week £17/h
