We are looking for experienced cocktail bartender for a part time position. Up to 15 to 30 hours per week You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be able to make classic cocktails from memory. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Immediate start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £15.00 to £16.00 ph depending on experience.

Responsibilities include: Making coffees, cocktails, coming up with new cocktail recipes, recommending wine, serving drinks, cleaning down the bar, stock control etc. Someone who can also help out on the floor, running drinks and food when necessary.
