Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barback to support our bar team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly by assisting with preparation, restocking, and maintaining a clean environment. About the Role - All the usual GM admin stuff such as forecasting, FoH rotas, being on top of Health & Safety , team recruitment/onboarding/training (we use Flow and Planday) - Recruitment for front of house roles - Building on and maintaining our great company culture.
