Barista We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as required. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash handling. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills & Experience Essential Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills. Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Desirable Must have vast barista experience Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines. Food hygiene certification. Personal Attributes Friendly and approachable. Passionate about coffee and customer experience. Well-presented and professional.
