About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our London-based coffee cart. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who enjoys great coffee, customer interaction, and varied working locations across London. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages to a high standard Deliver warm, efficient, and friendly customer service Operate coffee equipment confidently and safely Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee cart Set up and pack down the cart as required Assist with preparation for large events, including stocking, setup, and organisation ahead of service Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Requirements Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training can be provided) Passion for coffee and attention to detail Strong communication and people skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Punctual, dependable, and well-presented Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and event days
