We are looking for an experienced cleaner, flexible to work during the week and during the weekend. The office is near to Covent Garden station. We have some flats 10-15 min away by walking, but also 30-40 minutes away by train. The travel itself is not paid, but the time we spend travelling it is. We are cleaning daily 2-3 flats, depending on the size and distance. In the morning, the cleaners are coming to the office to take the keys, the cleaning products and the amenities such as coffee, shower gel etc. and then go to the flats. The start time may be different each day according with the tasks. 08:00-08:30 when we clean the offices, 09:30-10:00-10:30, when we have flats. In the first few months will be self employee and then we can go with 0h contract. The rate is £15.40 per hour and the payment is once a month at the end of the month.

Weekend availability is a MUST, Full clean UK Driving License necessary. Shift patterns: Saturday and Sunday (scope to add more days after you have joined if interested) Rough shift timings are as folllows: 6.30am - 9.30am 3pm - 7.30pm £135 a day pay You will be expected to have fantastic time keeping skills as the whole operation rely's on the driver arriving and delivering on time. You will arrive in the morning to the Prep Unit in Woolwich SE18 and load the van with all food required for the day. Sometimes you will be doing multiple drops in the morning and multiple collections in the afternoon. You will drive to the location specified, usually around 30minutes-1hour drive, here you will be met by another colleague where you will both unload and set up the gazebo and market pitch together. At 9.30am you will leave and return to collect the items again at roughly 3pm. The afternoon shift is the same as the morning but obviously in reverse and you will finish your shift at around 7.30pm at the prep unit in Woolwich SE18.

He is autistic, non verbal, has a movement disorder and epilepsy which results in regular seizures, a PEG for medication and fluids but eats some foods orally too. He needs Catheterization and Peristeen Irrigation. It would be a bonus if you had experience in these already. He can walk with support but is also a wheelchair user. He lives with his loving and supportive family, who recognize that his team of carers and support workers are instrumental in his overall development and well being. Overview of role: He requires an experienced waking night carer to join his team to assist with his bedtime routine and tend to all his needs throughout the night. This is an active night as you will need to keep a close eye on him, and following protocols if he has a seizure, supporting him with personal care, monitoring for any signs of distress, and In the mornings administering his PEG feed and medications. You will help sooth him when needed, making sure he is comfortable, and he can get as much rest as possible. All activity throughout the night is to be accurately documented.
