ASSISTANT COUNTERHAND Nani’s Café • Deli • Catering — Fitzrovia, London Nani’s is looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Assistant Counterhand to join our busy deli and café team. You’ll be working at the heart of the business, helping to prepare and serve our fresh food, look after customers and keep the counter running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where good food, great service and teamwork are important. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with the preparation and presentation of sandwiches, focaccias, flatbreads, salads and other deli items., • Serve customers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner., • Take customer orders accurately., • Keep the counter, displays and customer areas clean, tidy and well stocked., • Replenish food, packaging and other counter supplies throughout the day., • Assist with opening and closing duties., • Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times., • Work closely with the kitchen and wider team, particularly during busy periods., • Help ensure Nani’s high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. The Ugly Duck in Brixton Village - Barista We are The Ugly Duck, a small independent café opening in October in the heart of Brixton Village, and we’re looking for a brilliant barista to join us from day one. We’ll be serving great speciality coffee, cold-pressed juices, seasonal drinks and a small selection of wines in the evening as well as deli sandwiches, counter bakes and evening snacks.
