Job Summary: As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee program, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of coffee and customer service. Qualifications: Proven experience as a barista, at least 2 years. In-depth knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends (Alternating).

Alongside our curated food offering, we serve high-quality specialty coffee, and we are now looking for a Sales Assistant with solid barista experience to join our team. Attention to detail is essential, whether preparing a beautifully textured flat white, recommending our fresh deli produce, or keeping the shop looking immaculate. We are a small, quality-focused space, so every interaction counts. About the Role We’re searching for someone experienced, energetic, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. This role can involve occasional lone working, so confidence and initiative are key. Your Responsibilities • Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service at all times, • Prepare consistent, high-quality espresso-based drinks in a fast-paced environment, • Maintain high standards for both coffee and deli presentation, • Assist customers with product recommendations across the deli counter, • Support the smooth daily running of the shop, including cleaning, restocking, and general upkeep, • Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures, • Work collaboratively with the team and support all areas of the deli What We’re Looking For • 2+ years’ experience in specialty coffee and hospitality, • Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, brew ratios, and latte art, • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency, • Warm, engaging personality, • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude, • A genuine interest in food, coffee, and independent retail, • Reliability and the ability to work any day of the week
