Equipment Calibration: Calibrate coffee machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance for quality beverages. 7. Dishwashing: Assist with washing up when necessary to maintain a tidy workspace. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to thrive under pressure. Multitasking and prioritizing duties will be crucial for success in this role. Independence and self-motivation are key, as you will be working in front-of-house operations.
