We’re a small Italian café and restaurant looking for a talented, adaptable individual to join our team as a Barista & Kitchen Assistant/Chef. This versatile role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between preparing high-quality coffee and assisting in the kitchen, depending on the day’s demands. About the Role: • Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early start and early finish (no late nights!). Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to a high standard. • Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking as needed. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and kitchen areas. • Adapt to the needs of the day, whether on the coffee machine or helping with kitchen tasks. Looking for an experienced Barista to work in an authentic cafe in an affluent South west London cosy bistro

Based at our site in Oval, you will cover holidays and sickness at our other sites, one in London Bridge and one in Vauxhall. Cafe duties will include making food for the grab and go, yoghurt pots, fruit pots, sandwiches etc coffee and general cafe work This is a full time position. 7.30-4.00 Monday to Friday a 40 hour week. 20 days holiday with bank holidays off paid. We are looking for a sales assistant/ waitress who has experience in working with customers and good communication skills . The main focus is to deliver good service and make the customer s feel welcome . The job also requires making coffees, keeping the area tidy and helping the team in delivering a better experience for our customers.

We are seeking a genuine, fun, friendly, easy to get on with (and communicate with) honest, person who enjoys fast paced work and has a good amount of experience in making quality coffees & fresh smoothies etc. Fresh deli, quality style food experience is a plus (Level 2). If you have the right personality, and can do, attitude, we will teach you the rest!
