The ideal candidate will have: • Minimum 2 years’ barista experience, • Strong latte art and coffee-making skills, • Excellent customer service, • Experience making smoothies and other drinks, • Confidence serving wine and simple cocktails, • Ability to support the floor/FOH team when required, • Full flexibility across weekdays and weekends This is a full-time position for someone energetic, reliable and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly and attentive service. Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system to process payments accurately. Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks following ARRO’s recipes and quality standards. Use coffee equipment effectively to ensure consistency and excellence in every cup. Food Service: Serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads, ensuring presentation and quality. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and food safety during the handling and preparation of food items. Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café, including cleaning equipment, cups, cutlery, trays, and sanitising work surfaces. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient café operations and a positive work environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
