Our friend Fulvio used to arrive at the office with trays of freshly baked, filled focaccia. Everyone gathered round, and within minutes, every last piece had disappeared. So we teamed up with him and built Fulvios: a new focacceria and espresso bar serving proper filled focaccia, great Italian coffee and plenty of good vibes. We’re looking for bubbly, welcoming people to join our opening team. Whether you’re an experienced barista or a brilliant team member keen to develop your coffee skills, you’ll get involved across the shop and help make every customer feel welcome. What you’ll be doing • Welcoming customers, taking orders and payments, and recommending favourites from our menu., • Preparing and serving filled focaccia, coffee and drinks consistently to our standards., • Keeping the shop clean, tidy, stocked and ready for service, helping with preparation, opening, closing and deliveries., • Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures, and flagging customer concerns, equipment issues or stock shortages to the manager or Team Leader in charge., • Looking after coffee equipment and following daily cleaning routines., • If you bring barista experience, using your skills to dial in grinders, check coffee quality, steam and texture milk, and help colleagues build their confidence.
