Barista / Shop Assistant We’re looking for an experienced barista/shop assistant to join our small speciality coffee shop inside Bank Station. This is a hands-on role — not just working behind the coffee machine. You’ll make speciality coffee, provide friendly and efficient service, help with morning preparation, assemble sandwiches for display, restock and keep the shop clean and organised. We’re looking for: • Strong barista experience and confidence in a busy environment, • Latte art skills are essential, • Experience working with speciality coffee beans, • Friendly, reliable and comfortable multitasking, • Happy to help with food preparation and general shop duties, • Valid UK Right to Work is required and will be checked before employment. As we operate within a TfL station, compliance requirements are strictly followed.
