As a barista and front of house customer service you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store, working alongside our energetic team and reporting directly to the business owners. Responsibilities include : - Excellent customer service at all times - Producing quality hand crafted drinks & speciality coffee - Serving customers on the floor and at the bar - Maintaining general cleanlisness of the cafe - Ensuring the store operates safely following all Food Hygiene standards to achieve a 5 star rating - Opening up and closing down - Ordering of goods and ingredients - Mentoring other staff - Optional: Support with content creation for social media and marketing - Keeping your finger on the pulse of the speciality coffee industry trends and supporting to develop seasonal drink menus. Summary: Job Type: Full-time Salary: From £11.50 per hour + tips Schedule: 8 hour shifts / day shifts. Must work weekends. We are looking for a full time barista with experience to join our team.

Seeking an experienced Barista/FOH to join our team in FOREST GATE branch. Please make sure you are applying for the right branch. This is a full time position and shifts will be from between Mon-Sun from 6:30am - 5:30pm. Weekdays is a must and some weekends. Must be able to start early as 6:30. Main duties include; (1) Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. Also servicing customers in the garden. Working with Speed and consistency. (2) Displaying, preparing and serving cakes and other light snacks to a high standard (3) Demonstrate latte Art (4) Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment (5) Serving customers and taking orders, multi tasking. (6) Calibration of coffee machine and grinder. (6) washing up when need to. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to work under pressure. The role also includes multi-tasking so being to prioritise your duties will be key. As front of house, the ideal candidate must have good verbal English, be friendly with good customer service skills; and have the willingness to make customers satisfied.
