Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards., • Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction., • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well maintained, including washing glassware and utensils., • Follow food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices., • Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments and change., • Work with kitchen staff to support timely food service where required., • Monitor beverage and supply inventory and report shortages to management., • Follow the establishment’s policies regarding age restrictions for alcohol service. Skills and Experience Required • Minimum 2 years of professional cocktail bartending experience preferred., • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails., • Experience working in a busy cocktail bar, restaurant or premium hospitality venue., • Confident using cocktail shakers, mixing glasses, strainers, blenders and professional bar equipment., • Good knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and cocktail ingredients., • Ability to prepare multiple cocktail orders quickly without compromising quality., • Strong understanding of cocktail presentation and garnishing., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working evenings and weekends., • Good knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.
