We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Bartender who can confidently deliver an exceptional service and engage our bar guests with captivating and intriguing personality. You will have extensive wine, spirits and cocktails knowledge in order to lead the bar service and deliver outstanding results. Classic cocktail knowledge is essential.
We are looking for part time Experienced Bartender, You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be abel to make classic cocktails. Immediate start. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £13.00to £14.50 ph depending on experience.

An underground and sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar taking inspiration from the clandestine bars of 1920s New York. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service. About OMA OMA is a restaurant located in the heart of London’s thriving Borough Market, inspired by the fishing villages and shores of the Greek isles and further Levant. It is the latest project by the dcco. collective [ SMOKESTAK, manteca ]. A site in the capital’s iconic market has been thoughtfully restored with natural and repurposed materials that echo the raw and wild landscapes of Greece. Central to the kitchen is a wood-burning hearth with all manner of grilled and skewered meats form our in-house butchery, alongside vegetables from flourish farm, youvetsi claypots, and a raw bar serving crudo, ceviche and tartar from day-boat catches in Cornwall. About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bar supervisor to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. The role requires an interest in mixology and provides creative freedom to design new drinks. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. Responsibilities Organisation across both Oma and Agora bars to ensure that the staff and the service are operating efficiently. Assisting the bar manager with ordering and invoices. Managing batch and stock quantities. Interacting with and serving customers during service. Be an ambassador for our brand at all times, through exceptional hosting skills and service. We are looking for a full-time experienced cocktail Bartender with weekend availability to join our team! WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL, as well as being able to work late nights (latest 3am). We can offer 35-40 hours per week.
