As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining and bar experience. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and taking orders accurately., • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and coffees, adhering to recipes and quality standards., • Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently and professionally., • Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including stocking, cleaning equipment, and setting up tables., • Process payments and handle cash/card transactions with accuracy., • Respond to guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly and courteously., • Collaborate with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
