What you'll be doing • Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen., • Managing your section with consistency, organisation and attention to detail., • Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring every dish is produced to the highest standard., • Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and maintaining food safety standards., • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during service., • Helping develop and maintain our seasonal menu., • Helping the bakery section with our signature Focaccia al Formaggio (from Recco). Previous experience working with doughs, bread, bakery or pizza production would be a strong advantage.
