Key Responsibilities: • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilising our POS system., • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction., • Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs, offering recommendations and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy., • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient dining area., • Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and the wider front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and a cohesive guest experience., • Adhere to all health and safety regulations. What We Are Looking For: • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress, ideally within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality., • Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays., • Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and cuisine would be an advantage.
