Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join us for a private event at Watford Market. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a vibrant atmosphere. You will be responsible for running a small bar independently while working alongside Market Management, who will be available for assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with the agreed menu, which will be discussed and finalized prior to the event.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized before, during, and after the event.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Communicate effectively with Market Management regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during the event.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and various drink recipes.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
