Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, helping to maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate front-of-house operations and help ensure smooth service., • Support, motivate, and supervise team members., • Respond professionally to customer feedback and assist with resolving service issues., • Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety procedures., • Coordinate with the kitchen team to support efficient service and consistent food quality., • Assist with stock control, ordering, waste reduction, and opening and closing procedures., • Support staff training and maintain clear communication across the team.
