Looking for a Barista, Bartender trainee associate with ability to learn fast and hit the ground running, good communication skills and ability to learn Coffee and Cocktail making. Any previous experience of working as a Barista or Bartender is very useful!.. Must reside within short commute to Watford Town Centre.

Join our team as an experienced bartender at our independent Lebanese restaurant. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving a variety of beverages with expertise and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes., • Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and menu items., • Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, maintaining a high level of hygiene., • Monitor and restock inventory as needed., • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for all guests., • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant. Requirements: • Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting., • Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy shifts., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
