Join a friendly pub team across multiple central Croydon venues. You will provide welcoming, efficient customer service, prepare and serve drinks, operate the till accurately, and keep the bar and customer areas clean and well stocked. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic team members with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively during busy periods. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standard., • Produce a range of classic cocktails, premium spirits and draught products with consistency and attention to detail., • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and engaging customer service at all times., • Develop a strong knowledge of our drinks menu, wines, beers and spirits to confidently make recommendations and upsell., • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service., • Process orders accurately using our EPOS system., • Follow licensing laws, Challenge 25 procedures and all company policies., • Support private events, weddings and member functions as required., • Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. What We're Looking For • Previous bar experience within a quality pub, cocktail bar, restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality environment., • Confidence serving premium drinks and producing classic cocktails., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • A positive attitude with a strong team ethic., • The ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods., • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism., • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.
