The Pointer Inn, a vibrant bar and restaurant, is seeking a versatile experienced individual to join our team as a Bartender and Waiter/Waitress. We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, dedicated to providing excellent service, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently from customers.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area.
• Process payments and manage cash handling with precision.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly preferred.
