The Bar Back plays a crucial support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. This position is responsible for assisting bartenders by stocking and organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that the bar area runs seamlessly during shifts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
