We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of treatments to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
- Waxing (including intimate waxing), using both warm wax and hot wax techniques
- Facials, manicures and pedicures
- Eyelash and eyebrow treatments (tinting, shaping, extensions), Eyelash lift and tint
- Body treatments: Deep tissue massage, Swedish, aromatherapy and hot stone
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques through ongoing training and education
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, with expertise in intimate waxing using both warm wax and hot wax techniques
- Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification and qualification in beauty therapy from a recognised institution such as NVQ Level 2 & 3
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality
