About the Role As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, accurately, and on time. (e.g., 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, 5:30 PM–9:30 PM, or 6:00 PM–10:00 PM). • Shift Flexibility: Hours may vary depending on business needs. You will always be paid for a minimum of 3 hours per shift on quieter days, and overtime is available at your standard hourly rate during busier periods. • Vehicles: Drivers must use their own car. Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties • Deliver customer orders safely, securely, and promptly, strictly adhering to road traffic laws and safety policies. • Ensure all food arrives piping hot, in excellent condition, and presented professionally. • Provide outstanding customer service, resolve basic queries courteously, and uphold a positive brand image. • Manage cash and card transactions accurately in line with company procedures. • Report any delivery issues or incidents to management promptly. • Return delivery bags to the store immediately after each delivery.
