Requirements • Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry, • Availability that meets the needs of our cafes, • Full Time: 35 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday), • Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm, • Weekend and holiday availability preferred, • You must be authorised to work in the UK

    GYM MANAGER — Domin8 Muay Thai 📍 Domin8 Academy, Unit 13 Raleigh Industrial, Camp Lane, Birmingham, B21 8JF Are you an experienced, driven and people focused professional looking for a role where your effort directly reflects your income? Domin8 Muay Thai is one of Birmingham's leading Muay Thai academies with 250+ members and a reputation for producing serious fighters and transforming lives. We're looking for an experienced Gym Manager who takes pride in delivering an exceptional member experience and wants to grow with an ambitious and expanding brand. This isn't a receptionist role. This is the heartbeat of our business — and we're looking for someone who treats it that way. Your responsibilities: Member Experience • Be the first point of contact — phone, email, walk ins and enquiries, • Onboard new members and make them feel part of the Domin8 family from day one, • Manage and grow our member community chat — keeping members informed, engaged and motivated, • Promote gym events, fight nights, the weekly schedule and special offers, • Help create offers and initiatives that keep members excited and invested Retention & Communication • Run our member retention scheme — proactively spot members drifting and bring them back, • Handle all member communications consistently — don't wait to be asked, • Collect and act on member feedback, • Generate Google reviews and build our reputation in the Birmingham community Sales & Revenue • Follow up on leads from our advertising — same day, every day without fail, • Convert enquiries into new memberships, • Upsell PT sessions, merch, fight tickets, events and packages to existing members, • Chase and resolve failed payments promptly Admin & Operations • Manage and record all kit sales and stock daily, • Keep member records and lists accurate and up to date, • Check emails daily and flag anything important to the owner immediately, • Produce a weekly numbers report — members, leads, conversions, cancellations, revenue, • Keep the gym clean, organised and professional at all times Working hours: • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30am — 8:30pm (1 hour unpaid break), • Wednesday, Friday: 3:30pm — 8:30pm, • Saturday: 9:30am — 2pm Total: 41.5 paid hours per week YOUR EARNINGS Base salary: £12.21/hour — £2,196/month Guaranteed professionalism bonus — £200/month Paid every month you meet the core standards: • Punctual every shift, • Daily checklist completed every shift, • Emails checked and actioned daily, • Gym clean and maintained, • Member community chat updated minimum 3x per week If you're doing the job properly this is yours every month.
