This could be your next move. \n\n About the Role \n\n We are a fast-growing street food and events business serving fresh, vibrant cuisine at some of the UK’s most exciting festivals and large-scale events. \nAs we prepare for the 2026 summer season and beyond, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. \n\n We are recruiting for this role on behalf of one of our valued concessionaire partners. \n\n Job Requirements \n\n This is a hands-on, full-time position combining: \n\n\n\t • Festival operations (peak summer season, travel across the UK)\n\t, • Year-round events & corporate catering (primarily Greater London)\n\n\n You’ll work closely with the senior management team to oversee operations from planning through to execution—ensuring smooth, professional and high-energy service on site. \n\n About You \n\n We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and leads from the front: \n\n\n\t • Proven experience in festivals, street food, or large-scale event operations\n\t, • Background managing high-volume food units, kiosks or concessions\n\t, • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams under pressure\n\t, • Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused mindset\n\t, • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences\n\t, • Highly organised with excellent communication skills\n\t, • Comfortable working weekends, festivals and outdoor events\n\t, • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle\n\t, • Willingness and ability to travel across the UK for events and festivals\n\t, • Food Hygiene Level 3 (or willingness to obtain Level 2 minimum)\n\n\n Job Responsibilities \n\n\n\t • Running day-to-day operations across festival and event food units\n\t, • Leading, motivating and supporting teams during busy service periods\n\t, • Managing rotas, staffing and scheduling across multiple events\n\t, • Overseeing stock control, ordering and cost management\n\t, • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met\n\t, • Handling opening/closing procedures, cash-ups and reporting\n\t, • Coordinating builds, setups and pack-downs at festivals\n\t, • Liaising with event organisers, suppliers and site teams\n\t, • Working closely with production and logistics teams to manage stock flow\n\t, • Reporting on performance and contributing to operational improvements\n\n\n Job Benefits \n\n\n\t • Salary: £35,000 per year + performance-based bonuses\n\t, • Permanent, full-time role with real growth opportunities\n\t, • ~35–40 hours per week (seasonal flexibility required)\n\t, • Opportunity to work at some of the UK’s biggest festivals and events\n\t, • A supportive, ambitious and collaborative team culture\n\t, • A fast-growing business where your ideas genuinely matter\n\t, • Partner discounts across hospitality\n\n\n Apply Now \n\n If you’re passionate about food, events, and leading teams in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.
