To enhance operational skills through targeted training and support, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards! \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n • Support chefs in delivering exceptional guest experiences through consistent food quality.\n, • Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to food cost, wastage, and margin.\n, • Hold teams accountable to ensure operational standards and recipe compliance are met.\n, • Collaborate with venues to identify and address gaps in culinary execution and training.\n, • Assist resort teams in complying with H&S and FSMS policies through regular audits.\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n\n\n, • Audit recipe and dish accuracy, food presentation, and quality to drive standards and NPS scores.\n, • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and adherence to health and safety procedures.\n, • Identify chefs’ skills gaps to enhance team competency and knowledge.\n, • Manage administrative tasks related to recipe updates in systems like Starchef and TenKites.\n, • Provide pre-launch menu and recipe details to support successful menu launches.\n, • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations.\n, • Support the Technical Food Safety Team in ensuring accurate food allergen visibility for guests.\n, • Assist the Finance Business Partner in understanding margin performance against theoretical GP targets.\n, • Advise Procurement on the best equipment to maximize profitability and reduce redundant stock.\n, • Conduct ongoing food quality reviews and product selection to maintain high standards.\n, • Occasionally support menu dish development with the Proposition team.\n, • Monitor TI/NPS scores for food quality and implement changes to improve them.\n, • Review action plans with resort leadership following audit findings.\n, • Support franchise venues with BOH operations to ensure quality and brand standard compliance.\n\n\nAbout You\n\n\n, • Strong knowledge of food production processes and techniques.\n, • Operational experience in multi-site, high-volume kitchen environments (buffet & retail).\n, • Proven track record of introducing operational improvements to enhance food quality scores.\n, • Sound understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards.\n, • Level 4 food safety certification.\n, • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.\n, • Ability to influence and inspire teams across various locations.\n, • High standards and meticulous attention to detail.\n, • Flexible approach to challenges.\n, • Excellent communication skills.\n, • Problem-solving mindset.\n\n\nInterested?\n\n If this role sounds like the perfect fit for you, we would love to hear from you!
