Brunch Chef to run the pass and lead our brunch menu. We're a new, quirky, modern brunch spot built around eggs done brilliantly, with bold flavours and plates that look as good as they taste.You'll own the kitchen during service: cooking to a consistently high standard, keeping the line moving at peak weekend rush, and helping shape specials as the menu grows.
