You’ll ideally have: • Strong Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience, • Main contractor, flooring, tiling, interiors or specialist subcontractor experience, • Good contractual and commercial knowledge, • Strong negotiation and communication skills, • The confidence to challenge when necessary while maintaining good client relationships, • The ability to lead the commercial element of a growing business There is genuine scope for the right person to become an important part of the senior management team and progress further as the business grows.
